Leg Lift, Push Up, Upperbody Trainer Equipment is designed in three functions so that three people can use it.
1- The user sits in the position and pulls it towards himself by holding the arms. In this way, he lifts his body weight with his arms. In this way, it runs the arm and shoulder muscles and joints. It also stretches and strengthens the back and spinal cord joints.
2- The user tries to raise the weight bar by sitting down. It repeats the movement and strengthens the inner and outer leg muscles. It also runs and strengthens the knee joints and muscles.
3- Multi-purpose operating bar. The user puts his elbows on the bar and tries to raise his feet to the waist lavel. It is a difficult move. In this way, he runs his body completely by forcing. It strengthens the back, waist and hip muscles and abdominal muscles. It provides training and strengthening of the internal and external muscles in these areas. Joints are run. It accelerates blood circulation and increases oxygen flow to the cells.
