LOG SERIES PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT
We have achieved different designs with a different production technology in the wooden playgrounds with log series. With the production technology used in the log series playgrounds, the products can be sent disassembled and assembled very easily by the buyer. Unlike other wooden playgrounds, the products are not shipped completely unassembled and there is no need for on-site production. The platforms, main pillars, slides and panels used in the playgrounds are assembled very easily as if combining a logo.
Platforms are produced with two different production methods as wooden or metal plastisol coating. Both materials are easy to install. Our customers can choose whatever they want. These products are offered as options. Wooden poles were produced by lamination method, then turned into a round shape. This method is preferred for its robustness and longevity.
Unlike the classic playgrounds, the log series playgrounds are designed to improve the physical activities of children. Obstacles and climbing activities were mainly used in playgrounds. Rope climbing and log climbing, horizontal and vertical rope climbing were used instead of classical ladders. The products suitable for the track logic are also designed within this series.
The woods are covered with protective paints and varnishes suitable for outdoor weather conditions. Ropes are specially produced for children’s playgrounds. As a structure, the interior is made of steel wires, the exterior is protected by covering with polypoblen, polyester or nylon material. In this way, it has been made both very durable and harmless and suitable for our children to use. The joints of the ropes are joined by pressing aluminum apparatus or screwing plastic materials. In this way, they are strong enough to carry very heavy loads.
Our playgrounds are designed and produced in accordance with EN1176 standards.
