Pull UP, Push Up & Leg Lift Station is designed to be used by three people in three different functions. It is used as barfix tool, leg training and strengthening tool, waist and abdomen training and strengthening tool. It provides training and strengthening of the internal and external muscles in these areas. It provides joints to work. It accelerates blood circulation and increases oxygen flow to the cells.
